Acroyoga blends the ancient wisdom of yoga, the loving kindness of thai massage, and the playfulness of acrobatics into one beautiful practice. We will start with a playful warm up before splitting into pairs/trios to learn the foundational poses of acro yoga step by step. Here we will explore the fundamental roles in Acroyoga of base, flier, and spotter while giving you all of the tools to practice safely and create success. This series will include fundamental L-basing, counter balances, dance lifts, inversions, and standing acrobatics. To ensure that you have a well balanced and sustainable practice, each class will end with a relaxing partner cool down.
