- New to Yoga / Vinyasa 1: This class is for everyone and sets the foundation to learn the basics of yoga. We’ll slow down a little, break down the poses with lots of explanation, but you’ll still break a bit of a sweat. With what you learn in this class you’ll be able to join any class anywhere. This class is mildly heated up to 85 degrees.
- Vinyasa 2: This class builds on the foundation of Vinyasa 1. It’s an intermediate level class. It helps to take a couple of Vinyasa 1 classes before taking this class, but beginners are more than welcome.
- Yoga Sculpt: This is cardio yoga with lots of flowing movement and occasionally incorporating light weights. You’re going to get your heart rate up and break a sweat. This is a warmer class, heated around 85 to 90 degrees.
- Yang/Yin: This is a balanced class that offers a bit of everything. The first half of class is a rigorous FLOW to heat up and strengthen the body. The second half of class is when we’ll slow down, STRETCH, and really open up. You’ll leave this class feeling like you’ve hit the reset button for your mind & body. This is a warmer class, usually around 85 to 90 degrees.
- Roll & Restore Yin (Gentle stretch & release)-This is a fantastic antidote to our adventurous outdoor lives and the times we hustle behind a desk. This class combines Yin postures (stretching) with myofascial release (self massage with tennis balls and yoga blocks) to bring your body into optimal functioning. Recover faster, improve flexibility and zen out on your mat.
- Yin Yoga with Guided Meditation: This is a Yin class that involves a series of slow deep stretching poses that will help you relax and de-stress. We'll close each class with a 15 minute guided meditation that will differ each week.
- Yin & Yoga Nidra: Relax and unwind with yin yoga and yoga nidra. Class will begin with a handful of yin yoga poses that are held for a few minutes each. The last 20 minutes of class will be yoga nidra, yogic sleep. Yoga nidra is a guided deep relaxation in an extended savasana. No yoga experience necessary.
- Yoga Basics: This is a great class for both brand new and experienced yoga students who want to slow things down to understand the basic poses of yoga, and how the poses should feel. This class will help you connect (or reconnect) with the foundations of poses, movements and breath.
- Yin Yoga with Reiki: This class combines breath, meditation and the slow, deep stretch of Yin Yoga with Reiki energy healing & sound healing to create a yoga class that focuses on relaxation and the release of mental, emotional and physical stress
- Chakra Flow: This class focuses on the energy centers of our bodies. We'll flow while learning about how our seven primary chakras affect our lives and how we feel. We work our way up the chakra system with a different chakra each week, and then on the eighth week we'll connect them all.
- Filmed Class: This is an All Levels class that's open to everyone. There's usually a theme for the class, which can be anything from "Yoga for Runners" to a "Heart Chakra" class. We film these classes and post them online to our YouTube channel for free. Please don’t take this class if you have an issue being online, you’ll be signing a“Release of image” waiver before class. - Kids Yoga Classes
- Busy Bees: (Ages 4-6): In each class, we will develop children's body awareness and self-esteem with a yoga practice that incorporates fundamental poses, games, and play. We will introduce concepts of mindfulness, cultivating presence of mind, heart, and body through breath work, stories, games, and art. We’ll have fun, be silly, and learn in a hands-on way!
- Soaring Eagles: (Ages 7-11): In each class, we will develop children's body awareness and self-esteem with a yoga practice that incorporates longer, more challenging poses and sequences. We will dive deeper into concepts of mindfulness, cultivating presence of mind, heart, and body through breath work, games, meditation, stories, and art. We’ll have fun, be silly, and learn in a hands-on way!
- Kids' Yoga Party: (Ages 4-10): This class is just for the young yogis - no parents allowed! Drop off the children for a night of yoga, dance, mindfulness, and play designed to cultivate presence of mind, heart, and body. During our first hour together, we’ll introduce concepts of mindfulness in an easy-to-understand and playful way through breath work, games, meditation, stories, and art. We’ll develop children’s body awareness and self-esteem with a 30-minute yoga practice, then allow children the remainder of our time together to dance and play. Children should wear light, comfortable clothing and eat dinner prior to class, as it is not provided.
- Yin: Yin yoga is a slower style of yoga. We’ll hold the poses for anywhere from one minute to three minutes. This is a great class for slowing down your body and your mind. The room will be mildly heated up to 85 degrees.
- Meditation (Introduction to): We have a passion for meditation because it helps us calm ourselves and slow down our hectic lives while relieving stress. This class will help to answer the question of “How do I meditate?” We’ll guide you through this calming class while suggesting ways to incorporate a bit of meditation into your daily life, if you want it.
- Family Yoga: This is a great way to spend an hour with the family trying something new. This is a fun class that’s for all-levels of experience. It’s mildly heated to 85 degrees.
